25th ANNIVERSARY - STEAMBOAT RACE & SKI CAMP - 2008 SIGN-UP PERIOD: Sign-up period begins April 25, 2008 and ends November 17, 2008, or when 400 are reached, whichever comes first. TRIP DATES: December 6-13, 2008 PACKAGE COST (VARIES): $*** is the "base" rate in a 3B/3B unit, which is limited in quantity (usually about 120 spaces). Other rates/options are available (see Lisa B for full pricing and reservation forms). Plus transfers and air. WHAT'S INCLUDED: WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED: 7 nights lodging at The Lodge @ Steamboat 3% Credit Card Payment add-on (if CC is used) 6 day lift ticket Air Fare (SAT will handle for you if you wish) 5 full days of lessons (may be deducted) Ground Transportation (SAT has bus & rental car options) 3 Lunches (M-W-F) all participants with lift ticket Other meals not specifically listed. Welcome Wine & Cheese Equipment rentals (Special Crescent discount) Keg Party Western BBQ Dinner Awards Dinner and Door Prizes NASTAR Race or CSC Format Race (can NOT do both) Free shuttle bus service within Steamboat (includes downtown) Payments/Changes/Cancellations: A deposit of $200.00 is due at sign-up. An interim payment of $300.00 will be due at the July meeting. Final payment will be due at the September meeting. Failure to make proper payments by the due dates will automatically be considered a request to cancel and the stated cancellation policy will apply. All returned checks are subject to a $25.00 service charge.
